SUMMARY

Radar charts in Works are limited to 15 Category (X) Series axes. When you first create the chart, if the selected area includes more than 15 rows (and each series is in a column) or 15 columns (and each series is in a row), the data will be truncated to use just the first 15 elements in the series.

MORE INFORMATION

If more than 15 categories are selected when you create the chart, only the first 15 will be used to create the chart. The Value (Y) Series shown in the Series dialog box when you click Series in the Edit menu still indicates the categories selected when you created the chart.

Steps to Reproduce Situation

  1. Create a new spreadsheet in Works.
  2. Enter a sequence of numbers from 1 to 20 in cells A1 through A20, respectively.
  3. Select A1:A20 and from the Tools menu, click Create New Chart.
  4. Click Radar from the What type of chart do you want? list. Click OK.

The chart created will have only 15 Category (X) Series axes even though 20 categories were selected in step 3 above.
