SUMMARY
The Batch Printing macro that ships with Microsoft Project 4.0 has two known issues associated with it, as described below.

Issue 1: If you double-click the Control menu (-) in the upper-left corner of the Batch Printing dialog box to close the macro, no prompt is generated to save changes to the batch file, and any changes made are lost. The following message is generated only when Close is chosen from the Control menu:
Save changes to batch file?
Issue 2: If you press keys followed by the ENTER key while the macro is running, the text will be entered into the active project.
