WORKAROUND
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Works version 3.0 for Windows. This problem has been corrected in Works for Windows 3.0a.
- Select the text in the Word Processor document you want to copy to the Communications document.
- From the Edit menu, choose Copy.
- Switch to the Communications document and place the cursor where you want to paste the text.
- From the Edit menu, choose Paste.
Works will transfer all the text selected in step 1.
