SYMPTOMS
If you install Microsoft Project on a computer using a VGA with Monochrome display, the 3-D effects that appear in the dialog boxes are clipped. These effects include 3-D edit boxes, radio buttons, check boxes, the entry bar, and the status bar.
CAUSE
Microsoft Project version 4.0 does not directly support VGA with Monochrome monitors.

When you run Microsoft Project on a computer using a VGA Monochrome monitor, you may notice the following display problems:
- There are no 3-D fields in the status bar and there are no vertical bars separating fields in the status bar.
- When you choose Print from the File menu, the edit boxes, radio buttons, and check boxes in the Print dialog box appear clipped.
