-------------------------------------------------------------------- The information in this article applies to: - Microsoft Publisher for Windows, versions 1.0, 1.0a, 2.0, 2.0a - Microsoft Publisher for Windows 95, version 3.0 -------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY ======= TIFF (tag image file format) graphic files created with Graytouch software will not import into Microsoft Publisher. Graytouch is provided with the Logitech Scanman 32 hand scanner. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Publisher versions 1.0 and 2.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available. WORKAROUND ========== Images scanned into Graytouch can also be saved in a PCX or EPS format. Files saved as PCX; 1 Bit with Error Diffusion have consistently imported into Publisher.
