SYMPTOMS
If you are using PC Tools for Windows version 1.0 as the shell in Windows 3.1 and Microsoft Office 4.0, and you move the Microsoft Office Manager (MOM) toolbar, you may receive the following error message:
GP Fault in Module KRNL386.EXE
NOTE: PC Tools is a third-party shell program that you can use instead of Microsoft Windows Program Manager.
STATUS
This problem has been corrected in Microsoft Office version 4.2.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, install Microsoft Windows Program Manager as the shell for Windows 3.1 and run PC Tools from Program Manager.
