SYMPTOMS

When you use a Hewlett-Packard (HP) 1200C DeskJet color printer with Windows NT, text in a colored box does not print. If you change the color in the box to gray scale, the text prints correctly.

WORKAROUND

The only workaround for this problem is to print documents with text in a colored box from Windows 3.1 or Windows for Workgroups.

STATUS
