SYMPTOMS
If the units in Works are set to something other than inches, the following error message may occur if you try to change the page size to 8.5 By 11 Inches:
If you change the page size to
8.5in X 11in
(specifying inches with the "in" characters), you will not receive the error message no matter what the unit is set to.
You also may receive the following error message when choosing the pica unit of measurement:
RESOLUTION
To change the units:
- In Works 2.x, choose Works Settings from the Options menu.
- Choose Inches in the Units box.
