SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Office Communicator 2007, you may receive an error message that resembles one of the following:

• Error message 1

  An error occurred while trying to start the conference.

• Error message 2

  This message was not delivered to all participants because there was a conference error.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if the following conditions are true:

• There are three or more users in the conference.
• The Thai language is selected in the "Regional and Language Options" item in Control Panel.

RESOLUTION

How to obtain the hotfix

This issue is fixed in the Communicator 2007 Hotfix Package that is dated October 5, 2007. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
