SYMPTOMS
Consider the following scenario:
- In a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 environment, you access your Inbox by using an IMAP4 client.
- You create several folders.
- You access the same Inbox by using Outlook Web Access (OWA) 2007 Light, and then you perform a Manage Folders operation.
In this scenario, the IMAP4 folders are not included in the folder list that the Manage Folders operation generates.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the PR_CONTAINER_CLASS property is not set for the IMAP4 folders.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, visit the following Microsoft Web site to download Update Rollup 5 for Exchange Server 2007:
Then, install Update Rollup 5 on the Exchange server.
