Issue that the hotfix package fixes
This hotfix package fixes the following issue that was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
- You format text in PowerPoint 2007. Then, you delete the text. However, when you type new text, the new text is not formatted the same as the deleted text. Instead, the new text is formatted by using the formatting of the character to the left of the new text. This behavior differs from earlier versions of Microsoft Office PowerPoint. In earlier versions of PowerPoint, new text is formatted by using the same formatting as the deleted text.
