Issues that the hotfix package fixes
This hotfix package fixes the following issues that were not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
- When you input Japanese characters, only hiragana or katakana characters are displayed in the conversion list. The Input Method Editor (IME) does not convert Japanese characters to kanji.
- The IME performs slowly when you input Japanese characters and then convert the characters to kanji.
