SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Office Word 2007, when you edit a blog document in Full Screen Reading view, you may be unable to determine when the pointer is in the title of the blog document.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because Word 2007 does not provide accessibility information about the blog title in Full Screen Reading view.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, use the keyboard to move the pointer to the title of the blog document. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Open a new blog document or an existing blog document.
2. Press CTRL+HOME to move the pointer to the title.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.

You can also use the keyboard to perform the following tasks:

• Move the pointer from the title to the body of the blog document. To do this, press the DOWN ARROW key three times.
  

Note You may have to press DOWN ARROW as many as six times if an account control or a category control is enabled. These controls may be enabled if you configured more than one blog account or if you enabled more than one category. This behavior occurs because you may have to move the pointer through the following controls when you move from the blog title to the body of the blog document:

• • A blank line under the blog title
  • A second blank under the blog title
  • The account control
  • The category control
  • A blank line under the category control
• Move the pointer to the start of the body of the blog document. To do this, press HOME.
• Switch from one blog account to another blog account. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Move the pointer to the account control.
  2. Press END, press ALT+DOWN ARROW, and then select the blog account that you want to use.
• Switch from one blog category to another blog category. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Move the pointer to the category control.
  2. Press END, press ALT+DOWN ARROW, and then select the blog category that you want to use.
