SYMPTOMS
You use Outlook Web Access on a computer that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. When you create a recurring appointment, the last instance of the series is not seen. Additionally, the last instance of the series is not seen when you accept a similar recurring appointment by using Outlook Web Access, the Auto Accept Agent, or a CDO program.
This problem occurs when all the following conditions are true:
- The last instance of the series occurs on the first day of a month.
- The local time zone is ahead of Coordinated Universal Time (Greenwich Mean Time). That is, the local time zone is Coordinated Universal Time +

hours, wherexx.xx
is the number of hours and minutes that the local time is ahead of Coordinated Universal Time. - You create the recurring appointment by using the End by option.

Restart requirement

WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, use the End after x
occurrences option when you create the recurring appointment, where x is any numeral. Do this instead of using the End by option. In Microsoft Outlook, this option is available in the Task Recurrence dialog box, under the Range of Recurrence section.
