Issues that the hotfix package fixes
This hotfix package fixes the following issue that was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
- Subfolders that are returned in search results do not appear as hyperlinks
Consider the following scenario. A document library in a Windows SharePoint Services 2.0 site contains one or more subfolders. You search for content in that document library. The search that you perform returns the subfolder or the subfolders in the search results as expected. However, the subfolder or the subfolders do not appear as hyperlinks in the search results. Therefore, you cannot open the subfolder or the subfolders that are listed in the search results.
