SYMPTOMS
You may experience the following symptoms when you use Microsoft Dynamics CRM:
- When you use the Related Records view to show related opportunities, sales orders, quotes, invoices, cases, contracts, or activities, the records in the Related Records view are duplicated or shown out of order. This issue may occur when there are more records than can fit on one page.
- When you try to delete a contact, you receive the following error message:
In this case, the contact is not deleted. Additionally, the following error message is logged in the Microsoft CRM Server Application event log:
