SYMPTOMS
When you use the Respond method in a Collaboration Data Objects (CDO) 1.21 program to process an appointment that was sent by a Microsoft Outlook Web Access user, the appointment does not appear on the attendee's Microsoft Outlook calendar. Instead, a blank MAPI message is created in the Calendar folder.
RESOLUTION
