SYMPTOMS
When you send e-mail messages from Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 to IBM Lotus Notes by using Microsoft Exchange Connector for Lotus Notes, the e-mail messages are not sent to the correct recipients. You do not receive non-delivery reports (NDR) for these e-mail messages. However, copies of the original e-mail messages are sent to the BadMail folder of the connector mailbox.
CAUSE
This problem occurs when multiple instances of Microsoft Exchange Connector for Lotus Notes have a name conflict when the instances create temporary files.
RESOLUTION

A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next service pack that contains this hotfix.
