SYMPTOMS

You cannot import the Lotus Notes .pkl file to Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 by using the Exchange Server Migration Wizard. Additionally, the following event may be logged in the Application event log: Event Type: Error

CAUSE

This problem occurs if the following conditions are true:

  • There is more than one Reply-To entry in the Notes migration .pri file.
  • The length of the Reply-To entry is a multiple of 4.


RESOLUTION
