SYMPTOMS

When you view e-mail messages in the Japanese version of Microsoft Outlook Mobile Access, only the last names of the recipients are displayed in the To field and in the Cc field. Only the last name of the sender is displayed in the From field. The first names are not displayed in these fields.

This problem occurs if the computer that Outlook Mobile Access is connected to is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 with Service Pack 1 (SP1).

RESOLUTION
