SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario. On a Microsoft Windows 2000 Server terminal session, you can increase the display size by changing the display dots per inch (DPI) setting to large size (120 DPI) on the Terminal Server. Text is displayed correctly in the terminal session and in the console session. However, after you change the DPI setting to large size (120 DPI) on a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 terminal session, some of the text for one or more screen elements appears outside the display's viewable area. Therefore, you cannot see all the text for one or more screen elements. For example, after you change the DPI setting to large size (120 DPI), you cannot see the word "My" in the My Computer icon. This symptom does not occur in the Windows Server 2003 console session.
