SYMPTOMS
When you programmatically send an image to a Unidrv PCL-5 printer by using the EngStretchBlt function or by using the Graphics::DrawImage method, the image is not printed.
CAUSE
This problem may occur if the following conditions are true:
- You print to the Unidrv PCL-5 printer by using Vector Mode graphics.
- The Unidrv PCL-5 printer is running on a Microsoft Windows 2000-based computer.
- The Graphics::DrawImage method is called. Or, the EngStretchBlt function is called, and the width and the height of the prclDest parameter are larger than the width and the height of the destination surface that is defined by the psoDest parameter.
