  • Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Enterprise Edition

SYMPTOMS

When you use a program that uses Collaboration Data Objects (CDO) to accept a meeting request for a recurring meeting series, the recurring meeting series may be unexpectedly deleted in Microsoft Exchange Server 2003.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because CDO does not copy a specific property that Outlook 2003 uses for meeting updates. Therefore, Outlook 2003 overwrites any changes that you make when you use a program that uses CDO.
