SYMPTOMS

If you use a roaming user account to log on to a Microsoft Windows 2000-based computer, and you verify your home drive settings by using the set home command, you find that the settings are incorrectly set to the following settings:

HOMEDRIVE=C:
HOMEPATH=\Documents and Settings\<user_name>

The HOMESHARE path is not set.
