SYMPTOMS
Consider the following scenario. In Microsoft Project Server 2002, you create a custom Project Center view in Project Web Access. The custom view includes actual work time. However, the Actual Work field may show a value of 0 (zero) in the custom view.

How to obtain the hotfix
This issue is fixed in the Microsoft Project Server 2002 post-Service Pack 1 Hotfix Package that is dated February 22, 2005. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

Note After you apply this hotfix, this problem will not occur when you create a new custom view. However, this problem will still occur with an existing custom view. To resolve this problem with an existing custom view after you apply the hotfix, use one of the following procedures:
- Re-create your custom view.
- Remove the Actual Work field from your existing custom view. Add the Actual Work field again, and then save the custom view.
