SYMPTOMS
When you try to bring a Microsoft Message Queuing (also known as MSMQ) Cluster resource online, you may receive the following error message:
CAUSE
The Cluster service account does not have permission to create child objects under the computer object for the virtual computer.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, grant the Cluster service account permission to create child objects under the computer object for the virtual computer.

Steps to reproduce the problem
- Set up a Microsoft Windows 2000 Cluster.
- Create a service account for the Microsoft Cluster service.
- Make sure that the Cluster service account does not have permission to create child objects.
- Try to bring a Message Queuing Cluster resource online.
You may receive the error message that is mentioned in the "Symptoms" section.
