SYMPTOMS

After you migrate from Microsoft Message Queue Server 1.0 in Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 to Microsoft Message Queuing 2.0 in Windows 2000, replication may fail. Queues cannot be created or deleted by any down-level clients.
