SYMPTOMS
If the Fenestrae Faxination Server third-party program is installed on your Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server installation, the Faxination tab does not appear in the Send Options dialog box after a user creates a new message to send as a fax.
Note Fenestrae Faxination Server enables a user to send a fax through Exchange Server.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the Send Options information is not downloaded from the Exchange server to the user profile on the client computer.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the August 2004 Exchange 2000 Server Post-Service Pack 3 update rollup.
