SYMPTOMS

When you click Next on the first page of the Scheduled Task Wizard, you may experience both of the following symptoms:

  • The Scheduled Task Wizard stops responding (hangs).
  • If you start Windows Task Manager and then click the Processes tab, you notice that the Explorer.exe memory process increasingly consumes memory.

Restart requirement

You must restart your computer to apply the changes after you install this hotfix. However, you do not have to restart your computer immediately after you install this hotfix.
