SYMPTOMS
When you send an HTML-formatted e-mail message from a Web page form, the e-mail message does not appear correctly for the recipient. For the recipient, the body of the e-mail message is truncated and most of the body text missing.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs when the Web site uses Microsoft FrontPage Server Extensions 2002 from Microsoft. There is limit of 2,048 characters in a single line in the E-mail Form. As you type your e-mail message, the Text area form field ignores all hard returns (carriage returns) and treats the whole message as a single line.
