SYMPTOMS
When a messaging database (MDB) on your server contains items that were not successfully deleted, you may experience one or more of the following behaviors when you perform online maintenance on that messaging database:
- The size of the messaging database increases unexpectedly.
- The information store stops responding.
An event that is similar to one or more of the following events is recorded in the application log:
