SYMPTOMS
The 5250 Client (Win5250.exe) displays the following characters incorrectly when configured to use a Host Code Page of Chinese (935):
- A ~ (tilde) is incorrectly displayed as a } (right brace).
- A } (right brace) is incorrectly displayed as a | (vertical bar).
CAUSE
The Simplified Chinese (PRC) single-byte translation table (Snasbcs.tbl) contains incorrect character code mappings for the ~ (tilde) and } (right brace) characters.
RESOLUTION

Hotfix information
