SYMPTOMS
After you install the FranklinCovey PlanPlus add-in for Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, a message that is similar to one of the following two messages repeatedly appears when you view messages in the PlanPlus preview pane:

CAUSE
This behavior occurs because of security changes in Outlook 2003. The object model that is used in Outlook 2003 blocks more properties than in previous versions of Microsoft Outlook. Programs that worked with previous versions of Outlook may now experience security blocks in Outlook 2003.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, click Yes when the security message appears to allow the FranklinCovey PlanPlus add-in to access the e-mail addresses that you have stored in Outlook.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
MORE INFORMATION
If you add the FranklinCovey PlanPlus add-in for Outlook to the Security Settings folder on the Microsoft Exchange Server, the behavior is not resolved.
