SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Internet Explorer, point to Send on the File menu, and then click Page By E-Mail, Microsoft Outlook Express opens a new message, but the Web page in the body of the message may be damaged. This symptom occurs if you use Outlook Express as your default e-mail client.

RESOLUTION

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section. This problem was first corrected in Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2.
