SYMPTOMS
An access violation in EMSMDB32!EcReceiveDatagrams may occur during logoff processing, and the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service (Store.exe) may stop responding (crash) unexpectedly. The call stack that is generated when this problem occurs may appear similar to the following:
