SYMPTOMS
When you try to access the administration Web page for RSA ACE/Server 5.0.1 for Windows, you cannot access the Web page, and you receive an error message that is similar to one of the following:

This issue occurs because your version of RSA ACE/Server for Windows is not compatible with Windows Server 2003.
