SYMPTOMS

When the information store contains a timed event that is corrupted, your server may stop processing all the timed events that are on the server. You may experience one or more of the following symptoms:

  • Backlogs of timed events
  • Enlarged databases
  • The following event is periodically recorded in the event log:

    Event Type: Error
    Event Source: MSExchangeIS Mailbox Store
    Event Category: (6)
    Event ID: 7200
    Date: MM/DD/YYYY
    Description: Background thread FBackgroundTimedEvent halted on database "First Storage Group\Mailbox Store (Server_Name)" due to error code 0x80004005.
