- Microsoft Systems Management Server 2003
Session Summary
Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) 2003 includes many new features for managing remote SMS resources that are connected through slow, unreliable, or inconsistent links. In some environments, remote locations may have very few computer resources. Should those locations be SMS secondary sites? Or should they just be SMS 2003 Advanced Clients? Or can they be clients with local site systems? This Support WebCast session will discuss how SMS 2003 can be used in these environments.
This is a Level 200 session that was recorded February 25, 2003 and presented by Wally Mead. Wally Mead has been with Microsoft for 10 years. He started in the training organization, where he delivered LAN Manager training. Wally began working with SMS in 1994, and has been involved in the development and delivery of all SMS training courses for Microsoft. He now works as a Program Manager in the SMS product group, and provides training for both internal and external audiences.
