SYMPTOMS
When you try to install or use Microsoft Plus! for Windows XP, you may receive either of the following error messages:

CAUSE
This issue may occur if your computer contains an integrated video adapter that has been disabled. The issue occurs because Microsoft Plus! for Windows XP may detect the video memory of the disabled integrated video adapter instead of the video memory of the primary video adapter.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, install the latest drivers for your video adapter. Contact the manufacturer of your video adapter to obtain the latest drivers for your video adapter.
