SYMPTOMS
Outlook Web Access (OWA) displays the start time of meetings that are scheduled in the Israel (Jerusalem) time zone by using a Microsoft Outlook client as one hour before the actual start time. This error occurs for meetings in 2002, 2003, and 2004. The Outlook client shows the correct meeting time.
RESOLUTION
A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.
