CAUSE

This problem may occur if you do not link the SnapShot object when you insert it into a document.

  1. Start Word 2002, and then open your document.
  2. On the Insert menu, click Object.
  3. On the Create from File tab, click Browse.
  4. In the Browse dialog box, select your SnapShot file (*.snp), and then click Insert.
  5. On the Create from File tab, click to select the Link to file check box, and then click OK.
