Session Summary



During this session, we will cover how to install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) 2.0 Remote Control. It is intended as both a primer for customers who are just beginning with Remote Control, as well as those who are interested in advanced configuration options. The session will conclude with general information about troubleshooting problems with Remote Control.

This is a Level 200 session that was recorded May 30, 2001 and presented by Steven Rachui. Steven Rachui has been involved in the IT industry for eight years and has worked at Microsoft supporting Systems Management Server 1.2 and 2.0 for two years. Prior to working in the IT industry, Steven worked for seven years as the director of a microbiology laboratory and hold a master's degree in that profession. In addition to Steven's job at Microsoft, he has also taught MCSE courses at a local community college for the past six years.
