Session Summary



This presentation provides an overview of the process model for Windows Distributed interNet Applications (DNA), focusing on the middle tier. Common support issues are discussed and advanced troubleshooting methods for each issue are outlined. The common support issues covered are various kinds of failures, including computer failure (crash), program failure (hang), and resource-related failures. These issues are covered from both the developer and the operations viewpoint. The tools introduced are the Exception Monitor, Userdump, and WinDBG.
