Session Summary



During this Support WebCast, we will discuss the steps you can use to set up an e-mail account for an Internet service provider.

This is a Level 100 session that was recorded March 9, 2000 and presented by John Palmer. John started in Microsoft Product Support Services on February 1, 1993. He has supported Windows, Word, and, since its release, Outlook. John has been on the Outlook Content Team since March, 1997, and was the Content Lead from September 1997 until December 1999.
