Session Summary
In this Support WebCast, we will describe troubleshooting steps to take if you no longer receive new e-mail messages. The problem occurs after you check your MSN, Post Office Protocol 3 (POP3) e-mail account with Outlook or Outlook Express. Additional symptoms are that you do not receive any error messages, even though you can successfully send e-mail messages from your MSN POP3 account.
This is a Level 100 session that was recorded January 19, 2001 and presented by Jennifer Akeley. Jennifer is a Support Professional in the Messaging Unit of Product Support Services (PSS) and has been with Microsoft support since 1994. As one of the first members of the Outlook support team, she has been involved in each release of Outlook from Outlook 97 through the current Outlook 2000 product. Jennifer currently works for PSS as an Outlook Technical Lead.
