This presentation is designed to give end users an overview of the new features in Windows 98 Second Edition. We will also cover some of the common supportability issues and questions users may have about why they should upgrade to this new version.
This is a Level 100 session that was recorded July 27, 1999 and presented by Robert Greenwell. Rob has been a Support Professional for five years, working out of Microsoft's facility in Dallas, Texas. In his most recent position as a Beta Engineer, he has had the opportunity to work alongside the Windows development teams to improve the supportability of Windows 95, Windows 98, and most recently Windows 98 Second Edition.
