SYMPTOMS
After you activate the Internet Explorer restriction to turn off shortcut menus, you may still be able to view and use shortcut menus if you right-click the Internet Explorer Help window. Note that shortcut menus are also known as context menus.
CAUSE
This problem may occur if Internet Explorer does not test to see if the shortcut menu is turned off for the Internet Explorer Help window. This symptom is caused by a problem with the NoBrowserContextMenu restriction.
RESOLUTION
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that this article describes. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.
