OL2002: Error Message When You Change a Task Date in TaskPad with Hebrew Lunar As You Secondary Calendar

SYMPTOMS

When you add Hebrew Lunar as your secondary calendar, and then you click the drop-down arrow to change a task date in TaskPad, you may receive the following error message:

You must specify a valid date and time. Check that what you typed is both a valid date and a valid time, and make any necessary corrections.

NOTE: This problem only occurs with the Hebrew Lunar calendar.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Office XP. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in Microsoft Office XP Service Pack 2 (SP-2).
