SYMPTOMS
The "Visits by the Browser, Version and OS" report may not correctly recognize visits from clients that are using Microsoft Windows XP or Microsoft Internet Explorer 6. Instead, the report shows that those clients are using Microsoft Windows 2000 and Internet Explorer 5.5.
RESOLUTION
