SYMPTOMS

When you try to use ZipNALL by Nile-X International, you may receive an error message that is similar to:

ZipNALL has encountered a problem and must be closed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If the error message is still displayed and if you want to see the data that the error report contains, click the click here link at the bottom of the message box. You then see error signature information that may be similar to:

CAUSE

ZipNall version 4.33 is not completely compatible with Windows XP.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, download and install the latest version of ZipNALL.

As of May 8, 2002, the latest version of ZipNALL is version 4.38. This version corrects problems running ZipNALL on Windows XP.
